Tattoo designs are all ways under the microscope from all pedantically tattoo clients. searching endlessly to find that right design for them. If their smart then that's exactly what they would be doing. With the freedom of information in the web its like a no brainier you will unduly find something that your looking for. My recommendation i would give anyone would be draw your own first. Mainly because of this main fact. Duplication! The uniqueness of a particular image must be limited due to having something that you made or something that you mainly feeling comfortable with. It all comes down too is originality and personally to the persons own specs. This is only but a suggestion to anyone that has some sort of artistic background or likes to draw , paint,etc. Who wouldn't want their own work on them? Once you have your work submit to your favorite tattoo artist to implement it all . So he or she can size it to proportionally to your body and position.
Yeah I always tell people to get ideas from the flash but customise it somehow.
